  • Summary of the issue you are facing:

One of the phones connected to our NC instance doesn’t auto upload anymore. It’s a Samsung phone running Android en the NC app. In november and december 2025 all photos and videos auto uploaded to the shared photo folder. Since january 2026 that stopped working. An other phone (iPhone) connected to same folder still works.

Steps to replicate it (hint: details matter!):

  1. Take a photo

  2. Check if its uploaded after a while, it’s not.
