PDF Coversation Error

I get this Error when trying tobmake a PDF Form from a docx. I using OnlyOffice Community.

Server error: POST https://file.voltit.org/index.php/apps/documentserver_community/ConvertService.ashx resulted in a 500 Internal Server Error response

When creating a PDF inside the File it looks weird.

The Empty File is the generated PDF.

The Filled Template is the docx
