"outdated distro release" vs. "no dist-upgrade available"

NextcloudPi version v1.54.3
Nextcloud version: 28.0.8.1
Operating system and version: Linux nextcloudpi 6.1.21-v8+ #1642 SMP PREEMPT
Apache version: Apache/2.4.59 (Raspbian)
PHP version: PHP 8.0.30

The issue you are facing:

The system info page of the ncp admin user (4443, dashboard) says:

You are using an outdated distro release. You should upgrade to latest Debian/Raspbian

Also my Raspi 4 B tells me on the command line after loging in via ssh:

NextcloudPi v1.54.3 is up to date
Update to bookworm available. Type 'sudo ncp-dist-upgrade' to upgrade

But:

pi@nextcloudpi:~ $ sudo ncp-dist-upgrade
No dist-upgrade available for OS version: Debian 12 (bookworm).

And indeed I have upgraded weeks ago and had this contradiction right after the upgrade. Any ideas how to make system info aware of the upgrade?

There is another error regarding updates. Since the update to 28.0.8 the ncp every day sends this e-mail:

/etc/cron.daily/ncp-autoupdate-nc:
% Total % Received % Xferd Average Speed Time Time Time Current
Dload Upload Total Spent Left Speed
0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 --:–:-- --:–:-- --:–:-- 0 100 856k 100 856k 0 0 3113k 0 --:–:-- --:–:-- --:–:-- 3113k
Could not find a valid upgrade path from ‘28.0.8’ to ‘’. Nothing to update.
