Open specific folder or app when logging in to Web GUI

A user has only the following folders (groupfolder) available
/City/Archiv

Is there a way to open Archiv as the default folder instead always being in the Home folder when logging in? This would save two clicks (City, then Archiv).

Or is it possible to directly land in the search app when logging in?

The user can login with https://cloud.server.tld/apps/files/?dir=/City/Archiv
Set a bookmark or use a redirect (php, .htaccess) from a url outside nextcloud.
