I would like to know if that’s possible to open a Nextcloud account with the user Windows 10 account please.
What do I need to do that ?

i’m anticipating that you are talking of a local standalone computer running win 10… and as long as there isn’t any app for it i’m afraid it won’t work.
if your computer is connected to a active directory there would be solutions.
maybe you want to request it? or even better: code it yourself?
