I’m following since long the reports, regarding OnlyOffice‘s failing synchronization.
It seems as if nothing happening since months regarding repairing this major bug. OnlyOffice is (would be) a fantastic app but with this bug it is useless and even worse, it destroys data and valuable work.
Bug description:
If you create online (in nextcloud) a new word document (same with excel) and open the same document offline you will find that no entries are there and/or changes are not there. The entries are simply not being synchronized. Whereas entries or changes made offline are being synchronized and all the entries/changes made online are destroyed.
I would truly appreciated to receive an update on this issue.
