# OCP\\Files\\ NotPermittedException: Could not create folder

Good morning,

Just post installation we see this in the log. So far I can’t see that it’s affecting anything but would like some ideas how to start troubleshooting. The error only occurred once, straight after the installation.

same here

with ubuntu 20.04  
NC 24.0.3 snap install

just installed with snap, and again an error after 10 minutes using nextcloud!

is there a list of regular issues to fix post installation, to have nextcloud functioning without issues?
