hello …

is there any option to chose video settings … for the youtube downlaoder ?
720p…1080p…2140p etc.
the downloader always use the normal medium quality

i use the curl downloader, is there any difference between aria2 and curl ?

Sadly currently only 720p can be downloaded as a maximum. Higher resolutions require assembling of the audio and video file by youtube-dl using ffmpeg after downloading because Youtube provides them only as separate files. Here is the bugreport on this:
