I am using nextcloud images in one of my system. I am observing that oc_activity.ibd table increasing in size. Can anyone help how to clean this or reduce this table size. Currently this is using around 22 GB of space.
As a admin user, go into the settins menu and choose the “basic settings” from the left menu under Administration (after the Personal section). The first item shows the status of background jobs that should have run recently for the last time (normally less than 15 minutes).
These background jobs clean up the database, so perhaps these jobs haven’t run on your system for some time. Other options are, that you have thousands of users and this is just normal. Or you have a program/app/… that is generating events very fast…
