Summary of the issue you are facing:
I just tried Nextcloud Talk with a friend who has Android phone and smartwatch. We both installed the client to day, so it’s the latest version, 21.2.0. She wasn’t getting any notifications on it. Does she have to change any config?
Since this is a NC Talk Android client app issue, seemingly independent of the server, I removed all references to it. Let me know if I should really include them, or if I should open an issue about this.
