Hi, I started using Nextcloud with Aruba.it subscription.
I uploaded all my harddisk from a laptop, it toke weeks.
After I plugged a few harddisk where I am really using and start an update process. Despite the nexcloud shows there is 7 Tb on the cloud, the app start slowly syncing the disk, show it will take 6 days …
why is so smart the app enough to do this much faster.

Sounds like you should ask Aruba.it since they provide the service.
Slowness could be on your actual machine, or on the end of Aruba, or both. See this XKCD classic. Sorry to hear it isn’t performing well, and hopefully Aruba can assist you.
Hi, I was afraid to point to aruba, but I think the client has issues or not smart enough. it not depends on net speed, I keep my eye on the task manager and there is no net load, the disk is spinning at 100% for days or weeks, I am afraid is killing my disk. why is dropbox, onedrive can keep sync in minutes and nextcloud app toke weeks for that? Even total commander can compare hundred of thousand files within minutes. The disk is new, 8TB disk, the upload limit is maybe depends on aruba, but I have heard that is similar to other servers approx 11-13 MB/s, but not the upload is so slow, the daily sync is slow. Very often is frozen and unresponsive. this machine is a i9 and use for broadcasting … not a slow machine. I am an IT guy for 40 years now … I am not so glad with it.
