Not seeing every Reshare in a shared Folder

Nextcloud version: 18.0.9
Operating system and version: 18.04
apache2 version: 2.4.29
PHP version: 7.3.23

Problem:
Other groupmembers dont see resharing of subfolders in a folder that is shared with that group.

Steps to replicate it:

  1. Independent user shares a folder with a group and sets permissions to reshare.
  2. A user of the group reshares a folder and sees who he shared it with.
  3. Others users of the group don’t see that the folder is shared or who it is shared with.

Is this normal behavior?
How can all users in that group see every reshare and who it got shared with?
