No video streaming on android browsers

The issue you are facing:
Can not stream videos in android browsers like in desktop Browser. Only downloading is possible. Is this a meant to be this way?

Y, because is the first time i tried this.

Steps to replicate it:

  1. Open nextcloud in any browser on android.
  2. klick on a Video
  3. Downloading starts or you can choose between downloading and opening in other apps like galery.
  4. What i want: Play the video within the browser like on desktop.
