Nextcloud version 15.0.14
OS: running on a shared hosting service

The issue you are facing:
Trying to upgrade using web interface. There is no link to click to upgrade! Hasn’t happened before. I see a few non-critical issues, e.g., relating to emoticons and database, but no critical ones. Hasn’t happened before.
Steps to replicate it:
Login to admin page, to to overview. No update link.
