No rights to edit or delete for shared files

Hi

If I share a file I can’t give full rights for the (Nextcloud) user I share the file with. The user is in the same group but there is only the right to forward the file - no right to edit oder delete the file is shown to set or unset.

If I share a folder the rights are there.
In the configuration of the server all “standard rights for sharing” are set.

DB: PostgreSQL
PHP: 7.1
