no funciona me sale un error

Al introducir la direccion me sale el siguiente mensaje.

Creo que es algo de permisos pero no se como sulucionarlo
por favor ayuda

hello, my first intuition is an error with the php installation because this happens mostly. Please check:

all required php packages must be installted in the correct version and running without errors. Test the Connection your DB-Server with your CLI client, check the permissions of your database user.

The error page itself is not that much of an help. Could you please post the nextcloud error log?

Hola. Dado que según veo tu Servidor corre sobre Raspbian, que es una variante de Debian, me parece que el problema podría deberse al usuario propietario del directorio nextcloud.
Puedes intentar cambiándolo de propietario y reasignándolo al de Apache (www-data). Vas a necesitar un usuario con privilegios administrativos para hacer el cambio (usuario sudo).
La instrucción, desde la línea de comando de Raspbian es:
sudo chown -R www-data:www-data /var/www/html/nextcloud
En esta instrucción, los detalles son así:
“sudo” te permite elevar los privilegios a administrador del usuario que realiza la operación
“chown” es la instrucción que permite el cambio de propietario del directorio
“-R” indica que la operación debe ser recursiva, por lo que se cambiará el propietario tanto del directorio afectado, como de sus archivos y subdirectorios subyacentes.
“www-data:www-data” se refiere tanto al usuario (www-data) como al grupo al que pertenece (también www-data). Ambos relativos al servidor Apache2
“/var/www/html/nextcloud” Es la ruta completa del directorio en que instalaste tu instancia de nextcloud, según se puede leer en el archivo log que mencionas.
Si tu directorio de datos (data) no está dentro del directorio /var/www/html/nextcloud también tendrás que reasignarlo para que sea propiedad del usuario del servidor Apache (www-data)
