The issue you are facing:
Some users when pressed folder icon of FILE app cant see files, only rounding cicle but some users can. No errors in nextcloud.log or php.log. Nginx configuration were made regarding Nextcloud 12 Installation Guide. Files avaiable only if you click ‘Shared with you’
