Some or all of the below information will be requested if it isn’t supplied; for fastest response please provide as much as you can
Nextcloud version (eg, 20.0.5): 2.6.2-1build1
Operating system and version (eg, Ubuntu 20.04): Linux Mint 20.30
Apache or nginx version (eg, Apache 2.4.25): Don't know
PHP version (eg, 7.4): Don't know. Server is Nextcloud recommended tab.digital
The issue you are facing: Having used Nextcloud client to sync between my laptop running Linux Mint and my stationary iMac with no such problem, suddenly my laptop sync client cannot connect. Error message I get is “No connection to Nextcloud at https://se.tab.digital”
I’ve checked that the server has not changed name (as in other support thread). And my iMac seems to have no problems being connected.
I don’t know where to find the log files.
Is this the first time you’ve seen this error? (Y/N): Yes
Steps to replicate it:
The output of your Nextcloud log in Admin > Logging:
Don't know how to get log files
The output of your config.php file in /path/to/nextcloud
