No connection to nexcloud after update

Hello together,
I’m new here and I hope someone can help me.

Today I’ve started the update for the newest nextcloud version. The update was running until the end without errors, but now it’s not possible to connect to this server.

if I try to connect I got the following error:

So what error do you see in the browser when trying to connect? Can you look at the apache/nginx error log on the server?

How can I see the log? I can’t go inside the nextcloud, also not into the admin site https://nextcloudplus.local:4443
