I installed Nextcloud 24.02 from source.
Almost function works well.
But there is no apps button as logined.
Is there need to set for apps button on config.php?

No. All admins can see “Apps”.
I can’t access to https://cloud.server.tld/settings/apps with chrome, firefox.
Can’t not find server.
You have set your servername in the url? Post screenshots of your error. You can black some parts.
Your server has got an url e.g. https://demo1.nextcloud.com.

(substitute https://demo1.nextcloud.com with your server url)

I sovled it.
The problem is mysql database.
I reinstall nextcloud everything even database.
All work well.
App button is showing.
