Nginx Configuration seperated servers which runs Nextcloud and Nginx

My Nextcloud Service runs on a seperated Server than the reverse Proxy (Nginx).

Now i have the problem, that Nextcloud says that

those Problems are on the Screen.

I tried many things but nothing helped.

Please give me some advice what i can do to fix that problem.
