有可能是硬盘满了，我之前有一次硬盘满了报这个错误。

1、按照just建议的，查看服务器日志，查找报错信息。日志文文件可能在/var/www/html/nextcloud/data/之内
2、如果能够确定是某个app导致的，可以试试手动卸载该app。例如

sudo -u www-data php occ app:remove appname

注意用户名可能不是www-data，根据你的系统不同会不同；occ 如果没在环境变量内，可以用绝对路径或相对路径运行，occ通常在/var/www/html/nextcloud/之内。

试试在你 www/config/config.php 里面检查一下；肯定是数据库ip不匹配导致的
反正我就是这样的问题，要不就是权限问题，检查一下权限

我未更新到22版，也没遇到过类似问题。通过论坛搜索，OCP\User not found 的问题看似最近在22版出现过。 也许可以尝试卸载 dropit dashboard epubreader 这些app。具体哪个有问题，多试几下吧。
