Please fill out the support template. It’s impossible to answer your question without knowing basics like what image you’re using, since they’re all different.

right, i mentioned truenas so ye that build but will fill it out here

The Basics

  • Nextcloud Server version (e.g., 29.x.x): 30.0.5
  • Operating system and version (e.g., Ubuntu 24.04): Truenas Scale 24.10.2
  • Web server and version (e.g, Apache 2.4.25): no idea, included in image
  • Reverse proxy and version _(e.g. nginx 1.27.2): nginx
  • PHP version (e.g, 8.3): no idea, included in image
  • Is this the first time you’ve seen this error? (Yes / No): yes
  • When did this problem seem to first start?: from begining
  • Installation method (e.g. AIO, NCP, Bare Metal/Archive, etc.) : Truenas via docker
  • Are you using Cloudflare, mod_security, or similar? (Yes / No) running on localhost excplicitly

Summary of the issue you are facing:

like i said above, i want it to run on http but i am unable to login , truenas offers No certificate or default certificate truenas usses, without truenas_default certificate its impossbile to login, i even tried on fresh instll

Steps to replicate it (hint: details matter!):

install truenas, install nextclou,d choose certificate Id to “No certificate,” cant login

Tips for increasing the likelihood of a response

  • Use the preformatted text formatting option in the editor for all log entries and configuration output.
  • If screenshots are useful, feel free to include them.
    • If possible, also include key error output in text form so it can be searched for.
  • Try to edit log output only minimally (if at all) so that it can be ran through analyzers / formatters by those trying to help you.
