I’m running Nextcloud (2.6.1) on Windows 7 Pro and it always and constatly loads one of my cores to 50 %*. I tried to re-install, tried to downgrade to older version (from 2.5.0 to present), but no changes.
I use it only for folder sync and there is very few changes on server/local side. So some workaroud setting that makes it sync only once in hour/day or on demand is absolutely ok for me.

It’s laptop (i7-4702MQ @2,2 GHz) and this load makes it noisy and hot.
