I’m using NextCloudPi_RaspberryPi_v1.51.0.zip image and unfortunately NextCloudPi implemented a UPnP client fail and port 80 and 433 stays closed, how to manually open the port 80 and 443?

The UPnP client attempts to open port 80 & 443 on your router to the device you have NCP installed on, if it failed you will need to login to your router’s settings page then go to the port forward section of the settings and enable the port forward from there to the IP-address of your device.
If you also have a firewall installed like ufw or something else you also have to open and enable access on port 80 & 443 there as well, afterwards the port forwarding should be complete and you will have access from outside your network and the ports should display as open
