Hallo and good morning

Now I have a new install without proxmox….it’s simply not my thing…

Now I have a little problem with the activation. I get a message at the activation form that Nextcloudpi is not yet activated and I have it try again….

I have try to nc-init over ncp-config. I think it doesn’t work. User is ncp, but….what’s the pass.

I have use „ownyour….“

I get a message that nc is not installed

Could you please explain the steps you do and how you install ncp?

I have install Debian…. Than with terminal with curl…… from GitHub, it’s the same like NextCloudPi.com

I think you are talking about Debian 11.6.
Which device do you use?
Does the script show any errors?
What do you do after the script finished?

Of course. I have download the latest Debian.

The script doesn’t show any error. After complete install I have start my browser an put in my ip.

I use a Acer Aspire H340 Easystore with 4 HDDs (8TB Storage)

I have install Debian with a Software Raid10.

Since Monday it’s run perfectly without any problem. Since this time I want to make a update. This has crashed…

I tried to use proxmox, but I already failed to configure my system including the hard drives. Of course, that would be a good alternative and certainly better, but I can’t cope with it. Just because of the necessary raid. Even there, I didn’t find any understandable instructions. I’m not skilful until the installation of the cloud. I rebuilt the system after installing proxmox, only with Debian.

Without the output of the installation script and ncp-report there’s really not much we can do to help you resolve your issue, unfortunately.

Script after install is not possible. I have restarted the machine yesterday after first error.

i think i have a solution. i have make nc-nextcloud and make a update. after this nc-init. It could be activate.
