I want to copy a usb hdd that is acting up to a ssd. The only problem I can see is changing the mounting. I looked in fstab but the current drive is not mounted from there. Does someone know which file performs the mount. I would rather work from the CLI than the GUI but if I have to can it be done from the GUI?
Regardless of how the old drive was mounted, you can mount the SSD in fstab.
Hi and thanks for the answer. Perhaps I didn’t ask the question correctly.
Nextcloudpi does not use fstab to mount external drives. The drive gets mounted in the /Media directory but I can not find from where it gets mounted. I simply want to Nextcloudpi data etc from the old to the new.
