Nextcloud21 problem with connect OnlyOffice

Hello,
Since i upgraded Netxcloud21, my OnlyOffice connecter doesnt work, i have this message :Erreur durant la tentative de connexion (Bad healthcheck status).
Before the upgrade everything works fine.
I had set parameter on file config.php with "verify_peer_off = true, but i have same pb.
I try to do just click button Register on OnlyOffice App, msg :“Les paramètres ont été mis à jour avec succès” but it does not retrieve the correct information from the name of my server.
Please, can you help me ?
