Hello, I am completely new to Nexcloud and quite new to Truenas Scale. Couple of years ago I used Freenas but then abandonded it and now returned.
I updated Nexcloud from 1.6.3 yesterday to 1.6.4 but after update Nexcloud wont start. I have been searching and found that I am not the only one. I have basically the same problems as guys have on the link below. I returned to 1.6.3 for now. Is there a bug or what should I do to make it working?

Same boat. Was going to report this myself, so I’m happy you did it before me.
Edit: reported it to TrueNAS here .

Appears to be a know issue and isn’t Nextcloud specific:

I upgraded from 1.6.3 to 1.6.4 today and I am greeted with the following error:
…
> [EFAULT] Failed 'up' action for 'nextcloud' app. Please check /var/log/app_lifecycle.log for more details
```
[2025/02/24 01:24:16] (ERROR) app_lifecycle.compose_action():56 - Failed 'up' action for 'nextcloud' app: postgres_upgrade Pulling
postgres_upgrade Warning pull access denied for ix-postgres, repository does not exist or may require 'docker login': denied: requested access to the resource is denied
failed to solve: process "/bin/sh -c apt-get update && apt-get install -y rsync postgresql-13 postgresql-14 postgresql-15 postgresql-16" did not complete successfully: exit code: 100
```
My storage configuration is as follows:

Dataset structure and permissions:

This all worked with 1.6.3 but I accidentally rolled back to 1.6.2 and now my 1.6.3 is missing form the list and I cannot rollback to that even temporarily.

I have specifically made sure there are no zfs ix-volumes for nextcloud so idk why it is referring to 'ix-postgres'
Apologies for anything I may have missed, it is 2:30am and I have been trying to get this fixed for the better part of 6 hours now, I even rebuilt all the datasets to ensure permissions are all correct
