Hello dear community,
I’ve started to set up a new folder, with upload and view functions.
The folder is accessible through the generated qr-code for a friend’s wedding, to upload and view pictures from the guests.
The functions seem to work, but my problem is, that on mobile devices, pictures won’t preload the thumbnails and don’t even load the images themselves when clicked/opened the files (the loader spins and nothing happens).
The guests won’t download the nextcloud app, for this one day of use to upload wedding-pictures, so it should work properly on the web interface.
I’ve also tried to use the image preloader app “preview generator” and used the occ console, also with the php console to preload the preview images, but still it worked on desktop but doesn’t work for web on mobile devices. Am I missing any settings/options which I forgot to trigger? Is there a possible solution/work around to fix this?
