Nextcloud windows client timeout when connecting account

I had the nextcloud Windows client version 2.5.2 connected and running correctly for some time on Windows 7 PC. Server version is 15.0.7

I had to move the local nextcloud folder so I disconnected the account, closed the client and moved the folder. Upon restart of the nextcloud client I had an empty window, I could not do anything with it but close it. I then right clicked on the menubar icon to create a new account but when It type my website address I have a timeout error message. “nextcloud --logwindow” does not open a log window…

Mounting the webdav folder with the built in windows tool works well so I am waiting for thenext version
