Nextcloud web console freezes after upgrading nexcloud

Hello,

I’ve been updating nextcould on debian 10.7, from the web interface/console.

Everything looked to fine.

But then when I try to go back to the web interface, it waits for ever, and after several minutes, the web browser displays :

Gateway Timeout

The gateway did not receive a timely response from the upstream server or application.

Apache/2.4.38 (Debian) Server at xxx.yyy.com Port 443

When I try on command line sudo -u www-data ./occ -V
it displays “Nexcloud 21.0.9”

I’ve tried to access the console from different browsers chrome, firefox, safari, always the same problem. Not sure how to investigate this, thank you for your help.

Hmm, so I rebooted my server yesterday, and at first it was still not working, but today when I test, it works again.

But it seems it has not updated, and I’m so scared that I won’t try to update again.

The version you are running is not maintained anymore. Please make sure to update to a supported version as soon as possible.

A new version is available: **Nextcloud 22.2.10**
**All** apps have an update for this version available
