Nextcloud users as attendees

I tried to search manuals and the forum but I did not manage to understand one thing:
Is it possible to put nextcloud users as attendees of a calendar event even if those users

  1. are NOT contacts
  2. do NOT have any email address configured
    ???

Hello Spartachetto,
I just found your discussion on the feature ‘Nextcloud users as attendees’.

Do you know if any progress has been done in that direction ?!
This feature seems very basic to me, I don’t understand why simple NC user cannot be invited as attendee…
