Es scheint irgendwie ein Problem mit der Nextcloud url für Updates und einigen Virenscannern zu geben. Bei mir schlägt AVAST an und blockiert den Zugriff:

Keine Ahnung warum die URL geblacklistet ist, da müsstest du wohl bei Avast nachfragen… Du kannst aber bestimmte URLs whitelisten bzw. von der Überprüfung ausschliessen. Google hat dazu folgendes gefunden: How to exclude files or websites from scans in Avast Antivirus and Avast One | Avast
Hi! I have the same issue. I’ve added Nextcloud to the list of safe apps, additionally I excluded the data directory from scanning. That is not so helpful, as the syncing is almost not working when Avast is enabled.
Well, it sounds to me like the problem is clearly caused by Avast and has nothing to do with Nextcloud.
