The issue you are facing:
Nextcloud Timeout after 60 seconds if folder have large no of file i.e 10000 and size in GB ~ 5 GB

Steps to replicate it:

The output of your Nextcloud log in Admin > Logging:


The output of your config.php file in /path/to/nextcloud (make sure you remove any identifiable information!):


The output of your Apache/nginx/system log in /var/log/____:


The logfiles would be interesting. Is this the web-interface or on webdav as well? Are there images in the folder, the creation of thumbnails could use a lot of resources.
