NextCloud Talk: iOS Include calls in call history issue

In case the web version of Nextcloud Talk is involved:

The issue you are facing:
iPhone identify the call as from unknown user and ends the call immediately,
notification for call and message is popping without any problem.
Receiving calls inside the app is possible after the notification is shown.
Calls are not recorded inside the call history of the iPhone native system.

Steps to replicate it:

  1. Install NextCloud Talk in iOS device
  2. Call from another account
  3. Call is ended immediately in the native iOS system.
  4. No call history in native system.
  5. Can receive the call in the app.

What exactly does the notification say? Something about a call from an old account?

Notification says call from the room name.
Old account error was there but after I remove all device from the account it is gone.
Notifications seems correct, but does not work with iphone’s call system.
So it doesn’t ring the ringtone, and just ends the call immediately with no call record on iphone’s native call record system.

Could you post a screenshot of the notification you’re seeing?
Also, which language/locale are you using on your phone?
