How much is possible with voice calls with the Talk API? It seems that the commands for managing calls are limited to who is in the call, joining a call, updating flags, or leaving the call (https://nextcloud-talk.readthedocs.io/en/latest/call/).
Is it possible to initiate a call through the API?
