Nextcloud slow file tree

Slow loading... File Tree Website

Hello all,
since yesterday I run a Nextcloud server.
I noticed that the “file tree” under files loads slowly for each user… (7sec per page)
However, once you have clicked through the file structure a few times, it becomes blazing fast…
I then logged on to another computer and there it was also blazing fast, so I assume it is not cached in the browser…

What could this be due to? And how do I force Nextcloud to cache the file tree before I use it?

Does this have something to do cron tabs?

I hope you can help me.

Best regards
Marc

Nextcloud version (eg, 20.0.5):
Operating system and version : official Docker Container, unraid with portainer
PHP version: 8.0.13

The issue you are facing:
nextcloud is very slow on webinterface.
→ loading file tree to slow.

Is this the first time you’ve seen this error? (Y/N): Y

Steps to replicate it:

  1. Install the official Docker Container
  2. upload Data and look at the performance

The output of your Nextcloud log in Admin > Logging:

everything fine.
Only no cron job defined?

I hope you have any tips for me.

And i tested it without a reverse proxy, the problem is still alive. :frowning:
