Nextcloud Settings Changes Not Being Reflected In NC Installation

Hi there,

I have a fresh install of NC 23.04 running on Ubuntu 20.04 with Redis and Memcahed installed. In the “Overview” I get “All Check Passed”… however as I configure settings for various apps… the changes are not being reflected in the NC installation.

Examples:

  1. I set “Dark Breeze” as the default theme, but I get the default NC theme everywhere

  2. I made changes to “Custom Menu” and cleared the cache, however none of changes can be seen.

  3. AppOrder preferences ignored in GUi interface

I used the occ command to run all of the maintenance / repair commands (db, js, etc) but it still seems that appdata isn’t be saved properly.

What should I do?
