Nextcloud, Raspberry and raid 1

Hi All,

I am going to install nextcloud on a raspberry pi 4 with 2x 1tb ssd.
Does any of you have this working with raid 1? If so how did you create it and which programs are supported/used?
I have read about mdadm or btrfs for the raid. Which one do you prefer?
