Nextcloud: PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR

Hello everyone,
Today I’ve encountered a strange problem.
When I try to connect to my Nextcloud website, I get:
PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR

Yesterday all was working like a charm - and today I’m not able to connect anymore - even locally.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hello,
I also have this error when i add this line in my Nginx configuration:
ssl_protocols TLSv1.3;

Certificates are generated by Certbot.
