is it a new installation (and you’re trying to do your first login) / has it been upgraded / you did nothing and you’re having this error with no clear motivation?
Did you check the server logs?

No, it’s not a new installation, and nothing in logs (nothing wrong I think), I didn’t upgraded anything. Thank you for your answer
An error 500 (Internal server error) should generate something at least in nextcloud.log (it’s in json format, usually in the nextcloud data folder).
It’s hard to tell what the cause can be without any log message.
