Could you assist us with this issue?
We tried full reinstall about 5 times already. Sometimes it disappears after 1 hour, sometimes after several days.
We still can open documents by direct link, for example: …/index.php/apps/onlyoffice/305#
It opens a corresponding onlyoffice app.
We use Docker installation with this composer script:
