Summary of the issue you are facing:
I create local in Word a Document. I save it on a local synced folder. Whenever I cklick on “Save” in Word, I can see that the file is synced to Nextcloud. When opening on another Client in Word I can see all my changes.
When opening the Webclient, and browse to the folder, I can see the file save one minute ago But when open in Collabora Online Server installed as NExcloud Office, I get an old version not having my last changes.
I can do whatever I want - but the webclient is not opening the last version of the document. Today tested with an Excel and a Word File.
