in nextcloud mail i got lots of spam-Mails. The function “Als spam markieren” (mark as spam) is not working. What does this function and can i see the list of spam-domains or can i generate a blacklist by my own?

It may depend on the kind of mailbox. Unfortunatelly it seems to be a secret, whether a POP3, IMAP or other kind is used
Why ist this depending in the mailbox? I have spam-filters one the mailbox one the Server. Does this function sending the Spam detection back to the IMAP-mailbox and hast No own function?

No, it does not send back spam to mailbox. Nextcloud mail directly accesses to the mailbox as an user-interface.
Did you find any error message relating to “mark as spam” (timestamp) in nextcloud.log?
