One of our clients wants to use Nextcloud Files on Mac. We cant find the Mac Client for Nextcloud Files in the App store. (We found Nextcloud Talk) and the customers policy is to not install Apps outside of the Store.

As off writing, the Nextcloud desktop client cannot be distributed on the Mac App Store yet. The reason is still missing compliance with some of the Apple review guidelines due to some technical features.
But we are working on it! We acknowledge the significance of distribution via the Mac App Store for our users on macOS. Also, there is a real demand by our customers as well, especially those with customizations. And we made big leaps in the recent months to approach this goal. The recent introduction of the app sandbox with version 33.0.0 is one of those necessary measures. Further, we might get rid of the QtWebEngine shipped as part of our app for some enterprise sign-in scenarios due to server side changes. That might not just reduce the app size a lot but also remove a big blocker for Mac App Store distribution which prohibits custom web rendering engines like that.
Hence I am sorry to say that you probably have to refrain from using the Nextcloud desktop client for now due to your policies.
