Can You tell me how to set up logging for BOTH file (nextcloud.log) and syslog?
The documentation says that its possible to use either file or syslog.

Nextcloud will automatically log to Admin > Logging (in settings), the raw file can be found in your data directory.
All other environmental errors will be thrown via syslog and or apache error log.
