We’re not paid technical support @Madanmohan_Hassan and you’ve not provided enough info for us to give you a solution. If it works for your local NC DB then there’s no problem with the Nextcloud install, it will be environmental.
Work with your teams to get more logs, monitor the network for login attempts, get logs from the remote DB, etc.
