Nextcloud is syncing one of my folders too quickly/frequently. Is there a way to slow this down?

I use a separate app (Obsidian) to write and edit notes, which are synced with Nextcloud. Obsidian saves your file as you go. It basically saves on every keystroke, practically. For this reason, open .md files are just writing to the server constantly.

It would be nice if I could slow down the frequency with which Nextcloud looks for changes in files. If it checked every 5 minutes, I would be synced without sending hundreds of revisions to the server. Is this possible?

You can change this in the options:
Configuration File — Nextcloud latest Administration Manual latest documentation (remotePollInterval)

Excellent. Thanks so much.
