Hi
I had to move the server and when I did so it had a different address. When I amended the location in the IOS app it has come up with an error saying:
Upload File
Unable to open this file or folder. Please make sure it exists.
The error shows 5237 in red on the file app.
It is stopping me from uploading any files via my phone. Is there a possible to stop this please?

I’m afraid there’s not enough information to come up with a solution to your problem.
I’m not sure what else you need. Would a screenshot help or is there something I can latch onto in the app please?
Actually I have just fixed it. I was looking for some crash report or something like that and I saw a button that said clear cache so I did and the message has gone away.
